Hello everyone,
My name is Yogetsu Akasaka, a Japanese Zen Buddhist monk/live-looping artist.
I spontaneously make a track with my vocal sounds using Loop Station(RC-505), and chant Buddhist sutras/mantras on it.

I’ve been challenging for ‘108 days’ live-streaming, and on everyday live-stream, I talk about various topics related to Buddhism, well-being, life, etc.

In Buddhism, it’s believed that we have 108 desires.

In Japan, we ring the bell 108 times at the very end of each year to greet the new year.
