Welcome to "Over The Hills”, the fourth track from the EP and mini-suite Az Zagros Ta Zuiderzee (in translation: “From Zagros to Zuiderzee”) by Marvash.This EP embraces and bridges two cultures - Iran and The Netherlands - offering a unique musical experience. Inspired by the stunning landscapes of the Zagros Mountains, Over The Hills" is inspired by the music of the Zagros Mountains, particularly the music of Kurdistan. It is influenced by the Halparke dance, evoking an image of men and women performing this dance on the lush green hills of the Zagros.
